Ingredients
1 pound Shrimps, deveined, head, tail, and shell removed
3 cloves Garlic, sliced
1¼ cups White cooking wine
¼ cup Shallots, chopped
4 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Oregano, dried
½ tsp Thyme. Dried
¼ tsp Rosemary, dried
Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnishing
Instructions
1.In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp until pink, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2.Lower the heat of the same skillet and melt butter.
3.Add shallot and garlic and cook for a minute or two or until fragrant.
4.Pour in the wine and lemon juice and let it simmer until reduced by half.
5.Stir in seasoning, return shrimp, and toss.
6.Garnish with Parmesan.
