2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
½ cup White onion, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Salt, to taste
Instructions
1.Dice the tomatoes and place them in a medium bowl.
2.Add onion and jalapeno and mix.
3.Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice to the bowl.
4.Season with salt to taste, and gently mix all the ingredients until well combined.
5.Let the Pico de Gallo rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, then serve with chips.
