Ingredients
½ pound Hot sausage
½ cup Beer
½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup Cream cheese
¼ cup Tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp Green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1.In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
2.Once fully cooked, drain any excess grease and set the sausage aside.
3.In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, stirring to combine.
4.Add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until fully melted and smooth.
5.Slowly pour the beer, stirring until the mixture is creamy and well blended.
6.Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet and stir to combine everything evenly.
7.Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
8.Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
9.Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
10.Serve warm with crackers, chips, or bread.
