Ingredients

18 to 20 Sausages of your choice
1 pack Crescent Roll dough
3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds or Poppy seeds for topping


Instructions

1.Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut out long strips.
2.Place the sausage on one end of the dough strip and roll around the sausage to cover it.
3.Repeat with all sausages and place them on the baking tray.
4.Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
5.Melt butter with brown sugar and Dijon mustard in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is bubbly.
6.Brush the prepared pigs in blankets with the glazed and sprinkle sesame and poppy seeds.
7.Bake them for 20 minutes or then golden brown.
8.Serve hot with a sprinkle of parsley on top of them.
