Ingredients

1 ⅓ cup All-purpose flour
1 ½ cups Fresh strawberries, diced
⅓ cup Butter
⅔ cup Granulated sugar
⅓ cup Milk
1 tsp Baking powder
A pinch of Salt

1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract


Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
2.In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Set them aside.
3.In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy, then add the egg and vanilla. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
4.Gradually add flour mixture and milk, folding in strawberries.
5.Scoop the batter into a muffin tin.
6.Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Transfer them to a cooling wire rack to cool at room temperature.
