1 cup Fresh Peaches, diced
¼ cup Red bell pepper, diced
¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup Tomatoes, finely chopped
1 small Jalapeño, seeded and minced
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp Lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1.Combine the diced peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, tomatoes, and jalapeño in a medium bowl.
2.Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice.
3.Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Serve the fresh peach salsa immediately, or chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5.Enjoy as a refreshing dip or as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or tacos.
