Ingredients

1 ½ pounds Chuck roast
1 tbsp Ranch dressing mix
1 tbsp Au Jus gravy mix
4 whole pepperoncini peppers
1 Bay Leaf
3 tbsp Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1.Place the chuck roast in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch dressing and au jus mix.
2.Add the pepperoncini peppers, bay leaf, butter, salt, and pepper to the roast.
3.Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until tender.
4.Shred the meat with a fork and serve hot with your choice of side and vegetables.
