Ingredients

Scale

1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuit dough
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnishing

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
2.Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and gently press each into a small circle on the prepared baking sheet.
3.Combine the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center of each biscuit, leaving a small border around the edge.
5.Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese filling to create a small pocket, pinching the seams to seal.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the biscuits are golden brown.
7.Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy.
