Ingredients

Pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
½ cup Marinara sauce of choice
½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup Pepperoni, sliced
¼ cup Salami
¼ cup Italian sausage, cooked
¼ cup Roasted bell peppers, sliced
¼ cup Black olives, sliced
¼ cup Onions,  sliced
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
2.Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangular shape.
3.Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4.Evenly distribute the mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, salami, sausage, roasted bell peppers, olives, and onions over the sauce.
5.Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one long side, sealing the edges as you go.
6.Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking tray.
7.Whisk the egg with a tablespoon of water in a small bowl to create an egg wash. Brush the top of the stromboli with the egg wash and drizzle with olive oil.
8.Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and make a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
9.Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
10.Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice before serving.
