Ingredients
1.5 pound Sirloin Beef steak, cut into strips
½ cup Red bell pepper, sliced
½ cup Yellow bell pepper, sliced
½ cup Green bell pepper, sliced
½ cup Yellow Onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
½ tsp Ginger, crushed
½ cup Beef Broth
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp Beef bouillon powder or 1 ½ Beef bouillon cubes
1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp Brown sugar
2 tbsp Cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1.Combine garlic, ginger, beef broth, beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and ½ tsp salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
2.Add beef in a crock pot or slow cooker, then the broth mixture.
3.Add peppers and onion over the beef and close the pot.
4.Cook for 5 to 6 hours on low or 2 to 3 hours on high. Stir the beef halfway through the cooking time.
5.Serve hot with rice, noodles, or vegetables of choice.
