Ingredients ; 
1 pound Ribeye Steak, thinly sliced
1 Yellow Onion, medium-sized, sliced
1 Green bell pepper, medium-sized, sliced
1 cup Provolone cheese, shredded
8 Slices White American cheese
4 Hoagie Rolls
Salt and Pepper to taste
Butter, as required

How to make Cheesesteak Sandwich ; 

Step1. Start by preheating the oven to 350F.
Step2. Cut the hoagie rolls, not all the way through. Spread butter inside.

Step3. Bake the rolls, butter side up, in a baking tray for 2 to 3 minutes until the bread is toasted.

Step4.Heat about 1 tbsp of butter in a pan, add onions and green bell pepper, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step5. In the same pan, cook the steak on high heat until cooked.

Step6. Add the onions and bell pepper back into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Step7. Assemble the rolls by equally dividing the steak into four rolls.

Step8. Top the steak with provolone cheese and two slices of white American cheese.

Step9. Wrap the rolls in foil and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step10. Serve hot and enjoy.
