Ingredients

Scale

1.5 pounds Ham
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground cloves
Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish by lining it with foil.
2.Combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper in a saucepan.
3.Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the sugar is dissolved and the glaze is smooth and bubbly.
4.Score the ham by making shallow cuts in a criss-cross pattern on the surface.
5.Place the ham in the prepared baking dish and generously brush it with the brown sugar glaze.
6.Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, basting it every 5 minutes with more glaze until it’s golden and caramelized.
7.Serve warm, sliced, with the remaining glaze drizzled on top.
